Therefore Tasef covers these machine parts with abrasion resistant materials such as powders and hardmetal. These materials stabilise the machine parts, so they last longer and the maintenance costs go down.

We also cover the saw body's of insulation knives and saws with wolframcarbide. The wear under the hardmetal teeth is the biggest problem in cutting stone wool and glas wool. The wolframcarbide makes the knives and saws last longer because of the special coating.
